Questions people ask

Does it cost anything to start?
No. Starting is free. When donations come in, 85% goes to the cause and the rest covers payment charges, verification and outreach. How fees work.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 1 working day. We will email you when it is live, or tell you what to change.
Can I edit my fundraiser later?
Yes, from your dashboard. Story, photos and video update instantly. Changes to the title, goal or beneficiary on a live fundraiser are checked by our team first, to protect donors.
When and how do I get the money?
After you complete KYC (ID, PAN and bank details) and our team verifies it, funds are released to your bank account. Most payouts reach you within 3 working days of approval.
Do my donors get 80G?
Only if you raise for SHUDDHI or an 80G-registered partner NGO. Personal fundraisers are not eligible for 80G.
