Questions people ask

Does it cost anything to start?
No. Starting is free. When donations come in, 85% goes to the cause and the rest covers payment charges, verification and outreach. How fees work.
How long does approval take?
Your form is received straight away. It goes live once SHUDDHI approves it. We will email you when it is live, or tell you what to change.
Can I edit my fundraiser later?
Yes, from your dashboard. Story, photos and video update instantly. Changes to the title, goal or beneficiary on a live fundraiser are checked by our team first, to protect donors.
When and how do I get the money?
After you complete KYC (ID, PAN and bank details) and our team verifies it, funds are released to your bank account. You get an email when each payout is approved and sent.
Do my donors get 80G?
Only if you raise for SHUDDHI or an 80G-registered partner NGO. Personal fundraisers are not eligible for 80G.
